.shuffle.tick run is a bold, confident, and escapist audio-visual experience that provides insight to the inner workings of my hyperactive and creative mind. The creation of .shuffle.tick run began with audio production using live coding techniques and ended with an edit of 360 footage of my daily routes in the city (Richmond, VA). The audio builds momentum with unapologetically obnoxious electronic noise that climaxes and cools down to end on a relatively calmer note. The tiny planet visuals with saturated skies and surreal cityscapes attempt to replicate the dream-like perspective I choose to see the world around me with. Together these parts allow the viewer to get a glimpse into my mind’s eye and my daily thought processes.
